Kristen graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University School of Law.  She has been a patent agent since 2012 and is highly skilled in classic biotech patent matters involving DNA, RNA, protein, peptide and antibody sequences.  She has supported pre-litigation opinions for multiple clients and due diligence projects ranging from early stage startups to late stage publicly traded targets.  She also interfaces with patent counsel around the world and has been involved in European opposition matters.
